CONCEPT OF COOPERATION
The proposed collaboration offered in the
Industrial Development or WOOD PELLET Plant is as follows:
A. Working Capital Cooperation
Investors provide Working Capital Support
within a specified time period that will be used for completion of Factory
Facilities (Machinery, Factory Buildings, etc.) as well as Operational Cost /
Variable Cost Needs (Material, Labor, Consumable) and will be returned with a
profit sharing system. Revenue sharing in question can be in the form of profit
sharing from sales or profit sharing from the use of working capital with a
percentage shared together.
B. Operational Cooperation
Investors invest funds in the form of working
capital and enter the structure of the corporate legal entity. The working
capital invested is SHARE and the percentage of share ownership will be agreed
upon and regulated in a work agreement.
C. Sales Cooperation
Investors / Sales Partners provide working
capital that will be used for the completion of Factory Facilities (Machinery,
Factory Buildings) and Operational Cost / Variable Cost Needs (Material, Labor,
Consumable). Contributions obtained by the Investor / Sales Partner are the
priority / guarantee of availability of Products that will be marketed by
Investors / Sales Partners. Product Volume / Capacity and Base Price / Discount
Prices will be discussed and agreed upon in a cooperation contract.
